I've called Greater Victoria home for many years (I came here from New Zealand, and stayed for good), and I've spent more than a decade with Royal LePage helping people buy and sell homes across the region — from Oak Bay, Fairfield and James Bay to Saanich, Cordova Bay and the Peninsula, and out to Langford, Metchosin and Sooke. My focus is single-family homes: houses with gardens, suites, and room for life to happen.
My background is in economics (B.A. Econ.), which comes in handy when we're weighing offers, pricing a home, or deciding whether a move makes sense at all. But the numbers are only half the job. A move is a big life moment — sometimes joyful, sometimes tender — and my role is to make it feel calm and well-guided from the first conversation to the day the keys change hands. No pressure, no rush: clear information, honest advice, and a plan that fits your timing.
